I just completed that last actions to close up my mothers' estate, and it reminded me how instrumental you were in settling the estate is a very successful way. Your invaluable help in selling my mothers' home in Mandeville Canyon, for very near the top of the estimates you accumulated from other agents familiar with the area, was very timely. We had to pay estate taxes within nine months of my mothers' death, and, had the house not sold, we would have had to liquidate securities, most at a loss, to pay the taxes. Also, the timing, admittedly a bit of luck, was perfect, as the residential market plunged the following year. Nevertheless, I attribute the quick sale to you correctly pricing the property, and using your network of contacts to get an immediate buyer. Because of this, we were spared the ordeal of open houses, and lengthy negotiations during a sad and sensitive time.
